I began teaching in 1995 and it has been a journey...

I began teaching Reiki in 1995, and then I got my Yoga Teacher training certification in 1996, and I taught gym and corporate yoga for 4 years while continuing to teach Reiki. I also began teaching my energywork modality, HighSelf Resonance Therapy in 1995; then progressed into massage, business, ethics, social media, Empath Empowerment, business development for massage therapists, Clinical Hypnotherapy and more! Every year I add new classes for greater needs and the growth and development of my students! Since 1995, I have educated over 8,000 students, in person and online.
